You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

2. Subscription and Payment

- Access to certain features or Services may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing cycles will be disclosed at the time of enrollment.

- All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Services.

3. Customer Responsibilities

- You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- You may not use our AI Agents for any unlawful, misleading, harassing, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to robocalling, telemarketing without consent, or deceptive lead generation.

- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers, including permission to record or monitor calls where legally required.

4. Intellectual Property

- All content, technology, and software used in or provided through the Services are owned or licensed by Choice1 and are protected under intellectual property laws.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our content or Services without prior written consent.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

- Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

- We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

- By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

- You may cancel your subscription or terminate your use of the Services at any time by contacting us or managing your account settings.
